MORE ABOUT THE GIRLS ACADEMY
In the 2024/25 season, more than 100 member clubs fielded teams across the U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, and U19 age groups. These clubs are divided into eleven conferences, forming a nationwide league structure. The season kicks off in August and concludes with playoffs and national finals in June and July. Additionally, qualifying teams participate in a separate aspirational platform designed to provide extra high-level competition for the GA's most competitive clubs.
COLLEGE IMPACT
For many players, advancing to the next level in soccer is a major goal. In fact, 93% of Girls Academy players have expressed aspirations of playing in college. The Girls Academy aims to provide a platform for athletes to showcase their talents and reach the next stages of their soccer and life journeys.
In the league’s first three years, over 1,200 players have committed to continue their soccer careers in college, with that number growing each season.

IDENTIFYING TALENTED PLAYERS
The Girls Academy's mission is to highlight, identify, and develop top talent competing in the Girls Academy while providing players with opportunities to succeed at the highest level. To achieve this, each conference will host an invite-only ID event once a year over a weekend. Standout players from the Regional Talent ID events may be selected to participate in National Talent ID events. All participating players across the Talent ID events will be evaluated using a consistent rating scale.
