Small Group Training Program
Our Small Group Training Program is designed for players looking to improve their physical fitness, technical ability, and tactical understanding in a high-intensity training environment. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the players, whether they are youth, academy-level, or advanced competitive athletes.
Program Details
- Dates: July 7 – July 10, July 14 – July 17, July 21 – July 24
- Schedule: Train twice per week for three weeks (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday)
- Group Size: 6 to 10 players per group
- Age Groups:
- U12, U13 & U14 Boys
- U12 through U19 Girls
- Program Trainers: Greg Perkins, Paul Thomas, Richard Nagy, Jack Stockdale, Reed Losee, and United FC full-time coaches.
Program Overview
Players will be placed in age- and ability-appropriate groups to ensure optimal development. Training sessions will focus on technical skill work, positional play, small-group tactics, and game-related scenarios. The program emphasizes individualized attention within a competitive setting to help players refine their decision-making, improve game awareness, and build confidence on the field.

$240 per camp; $100 per week (drop-in)
HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP
The High Performance Camp is our most demanding and performance-based training program, designed for elite-level players preparing for their upcoming season. This intensive program focuses on high-intensity training, speed, agility, soccer-specific fitness, and advanced technical and tactical development. Sessions are structured to challenge players both physically and mentally, ensuring they are fully prepared for the competitive demands of high-level play.

Dates: July 28 – July 31
Location: UWM Sports Complex (Field #3)
Times: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Ages: Players born 2012–2006 (boys & girls)
Level: MLS Next, Girls Academy, Elite Academy (EA), E64, Development Academy (DA)
Training Focus
- High-intensity technical and tactical training
- Speed, agility, and quickness development
- Soccer-specific fitness and endurance conditioning
- Individual skill refinement and decision-making under pressure
Coaching Staff
Greg Perkins, Paul Thomas, Richard Nagy, Jack Stockdale, Reed Losee, and United FC full-time coaches will lead the sessions, providing expert-level instruction in a demanding yet structured training environment. This program is designed for serious players looking to elevate their game and compete at the highest levels.
